Learn to Communicate with your Dog.

Our services

Task Training/Public Access

On top of being the handler of a service dog myself, I work to help other handlers source, train or modify in order to make sure their dog is the best fit to aid them with their disabilities. I specialize in medical alerts, mobility assistance and psychiatric tasks. Any breed can be a service dog but not every dog is a good fit for the job. I offer consultations to gauge a dogs’ capacity for service work. For service dog training, I will have to work closely with the handler to make sure I’m shaping the dog to best fit their needs.

Scent Work

I have a ton of experience scent training dogs. I’ve personally trained many scent related behaviors such as medical alert (i.e seizure alert, blood pressure alert, heart rate alert, etc), allergen detection (i.e nut detection, gluten detection, dairy detection, etc), search and rescue (i.e human remains detection and live find), tracking, AKC scent work, etc. This is an area I have a lot of experience in and I’ve had a lot of success perfecting my scent training techniques.

Obedience

Whether is walking in a heel, mastering commands given at a distance or building duration, obedience is an area I specialize in. I want to build happy, confident dogs who have a strong work ethic. I can build this by increasing handler trust and the bond between canine and handler. Off-leash reliability, recall and trust in your dog comes with advanced obedience training.

Behavioral Modification

With behavioral modification, I can help you and your dog work through reactivity, resource guarding, redirection, nervousness, etc. I focus my training style around the dogs mindset when approaching any behavioral issue and work to curb the dogs arousal and teach them how to better emotionally regulate and remain calm in the face of a potential trigger. I want to build up a dogs handler value and engagement in order to re-build trust and foundations. Teaching the handler how to communicate properly with their dog will make all the difference.
